Note:

  • No tuition fee will be charged from girl Students who possesses Bonafide Himachali Certificate
  • Every astudent must keep the fee receipt safe throughout the session as a proof of payment of college dues
  • These dues are likely to be charged as per new direction from Court/HPU

Other Charges:

  • P.T.A. fund Rs.300/-Per year
  • Absence and other fines:Absence fine per period Rs.1/-(Theory)
  • Absence for Practical per practical Rs.3/-(Practical)
  • Absence from house examination,MinorTest I,II per paper Rs.25/-
  • Late return of Library books Rs. 1/- (per day)

RULES REGARDING PAYMENTS OF COLLEGE DUES:

1. Tuition fee shall be charged only from boys for 12 months(JunetoMay) as per schedule.

2. Fee and other charges are to be paid (without fine) on the dates fixed by the office for each class notified from time to time. Those who pay college dues after the dated fixed for their class will have to pay the fine for delay.

3. Fee,fine and other dues once paid, shall not be refunded except in accordance with the rulesat the discretion of the Principal.

4. The names of those students, who do not pay their dues as per scheduled dates will be struck off. Such students can be re-admitted, within 5 days only, on payment of Rs.100/- as re-admission fee along with late fee and fine. Re-admission of such students will be at the discretion of the Principal.

5. Tuition fee from the following students will not be charged:

  • Girls students
  • Among two real brothers one will be exempted
  • Physical disability above 40%.

SCHEDULE OF PAYMENTS:

  • At the time of admission for six months from June to November.
  • Between 20th November to 7th December for the months of December to May.
